What changed: Collette has launched a four-tier Travel Advisor Loyalty Program for verified advisors in the United States and Canada. Qualification begins with Collette travel completed from January 1, 2027 forward. Status is based on gross traveled revenue credited to the individual advisor—not simply an agency’s total booked sales.
Why it matters: Individual attribution and travel timing will now determine access to advisor travel discounts, gift cards, marketing support and priority service. A reservation made in 2026 does not qualify merely because it was deposited that year; its eligible revenue must travel in 2027 or later and be traceable to the advisor.
The four revenue tiers
| Tier | Annual traveled revenue | Selected financial benefits |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $0–$34,999 | One-time $100-per-night advisor tour after completing Collette University |
| Silver | $35,000–$99,999 | 50% off advisor land, 25% off companion land, 10% off applicable air and a $250 retail gift card upon advancement from Bronze |
| Gold | $100,000–$249,999 | 75% off advisor land, 50% off companion land and up to $1,000 in approved Growth Accelerator marketing support |
| Platinum | $250,000+ | 100% off advisor land, 75% off companion land and up to $2,500 in approved Growth Accelerator marketing support |
Who is affected: The program is open to verified U.S. and Canadian travel advisors whose qualifying Collette activity can be tracked at the individual level. Advisors can move up as soon as they reach a threshold during the calendar year and begin the next year at the highest tier earned in the prior year. If the next year’s production supports a lower tier, the downgrade takes effect the following January 1.
Financial impact: Silver, Gold and Platinum advisor-and-companion travel benefits are generally available once per calendar year and become bookable 150 days before departure. Collette’s terms also allow an eligible advisor to request reimbursement of the Bronze $100-per-night land cost after exceeding $50,000 in qualifying traveled revenue within 24 months of that trip. Growth Accelerator funds require Collette’s advance approval, may require receipts and campaign reporting, and cannot be taken as cash.
Important dates: Collette announced the program on October 20, 2026. Qualifying activity and traveled revenue begin January 1, 2027, with each earning year running through December 31.
Advisor action: Confirm that every Collette reservation is credited to the correct individual advisor, create or verify the advisor’s MyCollette account, and identify existing bookings that will travel in 2027. Compare projected traveled revenue with the $35,000, $100,000 and $250,000 thresholds before moving business solely to pursue a tier. Retain the applicable terms when claiming a benefit because Collette reserves the right to change thresholds, eligible markets or benefits.
Fine print: Travel benefits remain subject to availability, booking deadlines, blackout dates, taxes, fees and other conditions. Benefits are non-transferable and generally cannot be combined with other offers unless Collette expressly permits it. Gift cards, discounts and marketing support may also create tax or host-agency disclosure obligations.
